*A short dispatch from Reykjavik, where I’m attending the [Trans-cultural Mapping workshop](https://web.archive.org/web/20040701130617/http://pallit.lhi.is:80/insideout/) for ten days in July 2004, part of the BEK / RIXC / Lorna / Pixelache / Futurefarmers network running across northern and central Europe. This workshop was where the [Time that land forgot](https://www.elasticspace.com/2004/07/timeland/) project with Even Westvang was made. What follows is mostly a photo set.*
