animate!
User-research and contextual design of a new website for this experimental animation archive. The regularly iterated design is online and the proposed full-scale architecture has been funded and is awaiting further consultancy and implementation. I also managed the re-branding process; giving the organisation distinctive, consistent brand guidelines across all media.
animate! is central to a world-wide initiative that aims to combine diverse archives of experimental animation. Our proposals include xml schema, database architecture and controlled vocabularies as the beginning of this archival effort.

London International Festival of Theatre
Consultation, strategy & design for an ongoing internet initiative that started with the Lift '01 festival.
The project investigated the needs of a wide range of departments, including learning & education, business partners, artists and performers. I proposed a strategy using LIFT's vast archive of written and visual material as a information resource to complement live events. We drew up architectures, scenarios and wireframes before implementing prototypes and user-testing.
Ongoing work is focusing on implementing a site-wide content management system and an archive of all events since 1981.
